We are Patricia and Arthur Monnet, the founders of MONNET PRIVATE HOME. Based on the west coast of Mauritius, we combine two complementary areas of expertise: building knowledge and the art of property stewardship.

Arthur Monnet
With 20 years of experience in the construction industry, including 15 years leading his own company, Arthur combines technical know-how with an aesthetic eye. Specializing in interior design and finishes, he maintains a keen focus on materials, details, and the quality of workmanship.
His experience as a site manager gives him a comprehensive overview of your property and the work it requires. Within MONNET PRIVATE HOME, he puts this expertise to work monitoring your assets and projects: identifying needs, communicating with contractors, and tracking progress methodically, always in line with your expectations.
Patricia Monnet
Specializing in home management, Patricia places great importance on order, cleanliness, and the quality of the welcome. Highly organized, demanding, and a perfectionist, she notices the subtle details that contribute to a property’s comfort and the joy of returning to it.
Her background in hospitality, catering, and rental management has nurtured her sense of service and attention to individual habits. Within MONNET PRIVATE HOME, she oversees the preparation of your return and ensure all services are delivered as agreed. Her approach combines listening, method, and care for detail so that your home is welcoming, tidy, and pleasant to live in.
